My name is Nancy A. Mariaca, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Texas. I specialize in supporting children, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, past experiences, or feelings of being stuck and uncertain about what comes next.

As a bilingual therapist, I am passionate about helping Spanish-speaking individuals and families feel more comfortable and supported when navigating the mental health system. I strive to create a welcoming, culturally responsive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
