Peighton Pulley is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with diverse experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across counseling, community, congregational, and case management settings. Her experience includes counseling children and families, working with older adults, supporting pregnant women, working with adults experiencing homelessness and instability, and providing support within church settings.
Peighton is passionate about helping clients navigate concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral and emotional regulation, anger management, relational concerns, people-pleasing, and spiritual concerns. She practices from a trauma-informed lens and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), play-based, and hands-on, developmentally appropriate interventions with younger clients.
She takes an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring her interventions to each client’s unique needs, goals, developmental stage, and experiences. Peighton believes in the power of the support, safety, and connection found within the therapeutic relationship. She considers it an honor to walk alongside her clients through whatever journey has led them to her office, creating a space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
